I grew up in a small town in rural Mississippi, placing my roots in the suburbs and small communities of our great country, which led me to the North Georgia area. I have lived in the area for 18 years with my husband, Chad and our 3 children. With my daughter Taylor (a freshman), my son Hayden (in elementary school) and my son Carter (in pre-school), life at our household is never a dull moment! Amid the chaos, I manage to publish UiC Magazine every month. I like putting faces with names, and love being a vital part of the Forsyth County community. As the Publisher of Up in Cumming Magazine, I strive to provide the community with a product and content that we can all be proud of.

Stacy Gusek
As an Atlanta area native, I was raised a Bulldog... so naturally, I became a Bulldog and attended UGA for advertising and journalism. I am now raising a little Bulldog of my own, Gabe, and enjoy married life with my husband, Craig. I have been with UiC for 3 years now, and my how time has flown! Within the magazine, I have shifted gears moving from Marketing to Associate Publisher, and continue to work with a real hands-on approach.

Matt Franatovich
Hello Everyone,
My name is Matt Franatovich and I have been working for UiC for three years now. I started off as a graphic designer but moved into sales because I love meeting and being around people everyday. I am a New Orleans transplant and I moved to Cumming after hurricane Katrina. I have a wonderful wife, Lauren, and a beautiful baby boy, Matthew Jr. I graduated from Loyola University in 2005 where I majored in Graphic design and played baseball. I have a love for all sports but New Orleans Saints football is my true passion. Geaux Saints!!

Kate Daley
Hey, I'm Kate. As a graphic designer here at Up in Cumming I'm all about everything creative... art & design, fashion, music... if it's a little off-beat, then it is totally my style. I graduated from Auburn University, but my collegiate allegiance doesn't stop there: I've also attended The Savannah College of Art & Design (Savannah location) and Vanderbilt University. When I'm not working, you can catch me sketching a new drawing, finding eclectic music, or watching my favorite shows. It has been great becoming a part of the UiC family.
