Hola! The name is Jon, but you can call me what you want, as long as it is not late for dinner! I am happy to be the newest addition to the UiC family. Living in several culturally diverse areas of the country has given me vast knowledge of recipes and techniques that I use in my every day cooking.

I graduated from McNeese State University in 2003 with a degree in accounting. After college, I moved back to the Atlanta area and began my catering and party planning career. My experience as a caterer and party planner have helped me see the various ways to prepare and plan the simple every day dinner as well as the party everyone will be talking about. I love to experiment with different flavors until they mix just right, which has helped me in developing several amazing sauces, salsas, and baked goods. In my free time, I love to walk my dog Goubert, cook for family and friends, work on several cook books and cheer for the Michigan Wolverines...Go Blue!
