AMP It Up! 5K & Fun Run: A benefit for Adventure Amputee Camp

All proceeds will benefit Adventure Amputee Camp to expand annual summer camps for children with amputations and limb differences. Fidelity Bank hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Cumming Branch last month to welcome customers, Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber members and local residents to meet our staff and tour the new branch.

Local Couple Named Duet of the Year
The second-annual "Southeastern Southern Gospel Music Conference" was held at the Performing  Arts Center in Valdosta, Georgia, on June 8th and 9th. The program opened with the "Fan Awards." Cumming residents, Travis and Alecia Bridgeman, a Southern Gospel duet known as "The Bridgemans," were the winners of the 2012 "Duet of the Year" award. "The Bridgemans" have been singing Southern Gospel music for ten years, and have recorded four projects. They have finished in the top five for favorite Gospel artists in the Atlanta area for the last four years. Travis is the pastor of Antioch Baptist Church in Cumming.
